Zoom AI DevOps Engineer

As a Zoom AI DevOps Engineer based in India, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing the AWS infrastructure that powers our advanced AI services. Leveraging your expertise in Infrastructure as Code, you will utilize Terraform to build and maintain robust systems, streamlining automation processes. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive system monitoring, managing on-call rotations, and ensuring the highest levels of service reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance on automation best practices to enhance system efficiency. Please note that this role entails on-call duties and may require occasional weekend deployments.

Our team is at the forefront of driving automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud-native operations to support Zoom's cutting-edge AI services. We manage service deployment and ongoing operations across diverse multi-cloud and on-premises environments. You will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting, working alongside Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Product teams to construct and sustain resilient, high-performing systems.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with production service deployments using Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with AWS services and Kubernetes-based production deployments, coupled with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and monitoring Docker workloads on Kubernetes for large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
• High proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Python, Bash, or Go.
