Role: Web Developer – Zoho & WordPress

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with robust hands-on experience in both WordPress and Zoho platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing and maintaining WordPress websites as well as working with Zoho applications, automation, and integrations. You will drive website development, customization, troubleshooting, configure Zoho workflows, automate business processes, and integrate different platforms to meet specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites; manage themes, plugins, and core functionality; build responsive user interfaces; troubleshoot technical issues.
• Zoho Expertise: Leverage Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or other relevant applications to create custom functions, automate workflows, and implement business logic using Deluge scripting language.
• Integration & API Management: Seamlessly integrate Zoho applications with websites and third-party services via REST APIs; manage complex data flows between WordPress, Zoho ecosystems, and external platforms.
• Maintenance & Support: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to web performance, security, and application stability across both stacks.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Tech Stack & Skills Required

• Core Experience: 2–4 years in full-cycle web development, focusing heavily on WordPress ecosystems and Zoho automation suites.
• Languages: Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Deluge for custom scripting.
• Databases: Strong command of MySQL database management and troubleshooting within web contexts.
• Zoho Suite: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Creator; ability to customize apps using the Developer Portal.
• Integrations: Solid understanding of REST APIs for connecting disparate systems (WordPress <-> Zoho <-> Third-party).

Bonus Points & Preferred Skills

• E-commerce: Experience with WooCommerce.
• CMS Tools: Mastery of Elementor or other visual page builders for rapid prototyping.
• Advanced Zoho: Deep knowledge of CRM automation, custom triggers, and workflow rules in a production environment.
• DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Git/version control systems (Git/GitHub) to manage code repositories effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation ranging from ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month for the right candidate.
