Zoho One Implementation Developer - Ahmedabad, India

WebIndia Inc. is seeking an experienced Zoho One Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment and management of the entire Zoho One suite across our organization. This is a full ownership role, requiring a proactive individual who can drive the implementation from day one.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for a self-driven professional with proven hands-on experience in deploying and managing the comprehensive Zoho One suite. You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and rolling out Zoho One organization-wide, impacting all departments and approximately 50 team members, with potential for growth. This is not a support role; we need a leader who has successfully completed similar implementations before.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One across HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support departments.
• Configure, customize, and integrate all relevant Zoho One applications to function as a cohesive, unified system.
• Set up the Zoho One Admin Panel, including user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control, and organization-wide policies.
• Develop workflows, automation rules, and blueprints to minimize manual tasks and optimize cross-team processes.
• Build integrations between Zoho applications and other external business tools.
• Manage the migration of data from existing systems and spreadsheets into the Zoho ecosystem.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for teams and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure independent operation of Zoho tools post-implementation.
• Serve as the internal Zoho super-admin and the primary point of escalation for all Zoho-related matters moving forward.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience implementing the full Zoho One suite organization-wide, not just individual tools.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up all Zoho One tools, including HR, CRM, Finance, Projects, Support, Communication, Analytics, and Admin/Directory, for teams ranging from 20 to 200 users.
• Proven ability to configure the Zoho One Admin Panel end-to-end, including SSO, user groups, app access policies, and organization-wide settings.
• Experience building cross-application workflows and automation using native Zoho tools.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations connecting Zoho with external platforms.
• Strong understanding of data migration principles, including the clean transfer of structured data from legacy systems into Zoho.
• Excellent documentation skills, particularly in writing clear SOPs for non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho Certified Professional or previous experience as a Zoho Partner.
• Experience implementing Zoho One within digital marketing, staffing, or professional services organizations.
• Prior experience implementing Zoho One organization-wide at a large scale (100+ users).
