As a Workflow Coordinator for Office Services in Los Angeles, CA, you will be instrumental in coordinating daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of key service areas such as reprographics and mail services. This role involves managing team workflow, prioritizing tasks, and assisting associates with complex or high-volume requests to maintain outstanding client satisfaction and strong relationships. You will be responsible for immediate escalation of operational issues, producing essential reports, and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures. Key duties include managing job intake, interpreting client requests across various channels, communicating job status and deadline updates, and conducting quality assurance to guarantee efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will also assess incoming requests to determine optimal resource allocation and equipment usage. This position offers opportunities for training new employees and may involve additional duties like setting up conference rooms, managing mail and messenger services, assisting with reception, and handling food and beverage services. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and adherence to both Williams Lea and client site policies, emphasizing cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies.
