Role: Workday Compensation Lead (Developer)

About the Role: A Workday Compensation Lead manages the end-to-end design, technical configuration, and optimization of the Workday Core Compensation module. As a primary subject matter expert, you will translate business rules into scalable system architecture for compensation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Configuration: Lead the technical setup, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions within Workday Studio and integrations (EIBs).
• Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with business leaders to define requirements and ensure alignment between HR processes and system capabilities.
• Data Management: Oversee legacy data conversion for the Compensation module, perform root cause analysis on roadblocks, and guarantee data integrity across reports and EIBs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HCM leads to deliver updates and post-production support in a hybrid or remote setting.
