Workday Admin and Security Analyst

Synechron seeks a skilled **Workday Admin and Security Analyst** to manage the overall security architecture and governance across the Workday platform, including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules. This role requires expertise in configuring, maintaining, and advising on security policies, roles, and role assignments while ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal controls. Key responsibilities include auditing system roles and access logs, partnering with HR Ops for mass data uploads (EIBs), and leading the design, testing, training, and implementation of Workday security solutions. The ideal candidate will also develop integrations between Workday and internal applications, support system testing, and resolve issues through proof-of-concept development. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, HRIS, and vendors is essential. Excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities are critical. Workday certifications are preferred.
