We are seeking an experienced WordPress Frontend Developer to translate design files into high-performing websites. This role requires expertise in Elementor Pro to build responsive, accessible sites that strictly adhere to original Figma/XD designs.

• WordPress & Elementor Development: Build and customize WordPress sites using Elementor Pro. Convert layouts from design tools into functional pages. Manage themes, plugins, and third-party integrations like WooCommerce or CRMs.
• Responsive & Accessible Design Implementation: Ensure mobile-first designs comply with WCAG/ADA standards. Implement animations using GSAP or Three.js where appropriate for motion-driven experiences.
• Performance & SEO Optimization: Optimize Core Web Vitals through caching, minification, and CDN configuration while applying semantic markup best practices.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Validate sites across all major browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance before launch.

• Experience: 5+ years as a WordPress Frontend Developer.
• Core Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript/jQuery. Mastery of Elementor Pro is mandatory; treat it as a professional tool rather than a shortcut.
• Performance Expertise: Deep knowledge of Core Web Vitals and speed improvements.
• Tools & Platforms: WordPress, WooCommerce, Figma/Adobe XD, Git/SVN.

• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation.
• Experience with advanced third-party integrations and structured data.
