WordPress Developer Opportunity in Chennai
Codeship Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer for their West Mambalam, Chennai location. This role involves both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on creating custom WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of WordPress architecture and be adept at website performance optimization. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins to meet client requirements, and converting designs (PSD/Figma) into responsive WordPress sites. The developer will also be responsible for ensuring website performance, speed, and security, troubleshooting issues, integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools, and managing hosting environments (cPanel, FTP, DNS, SSL). Collaboration with UI/UX designers and the digital marketing team is essential, along with performing regular website backups and updates.
