Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Error Resolution: Identify and fix on-page and WordPress-specific errors, including plugin conflicts, layout issues, and responsiveness problems. Monitor site performance and promptly address downtime, broken links, or script errors.
New Page Development: Design and develop custom pages using WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) or custom code. Ensure new pages are SEO-friendly, responsive, and optimized for speed.
Content Management: Regularly update and manage website content, including text, images, videos, and downloads. Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
Site Performance Optimization: Maintain high site performance scores (e.g., Google PageSpeed, GTMetrix). Optimize code, images, scripts, and databases for improved load times and user experience.
Asset Management: Update visual and downloadable assets (banners, brochures, case studies) across the website. Maintain an organized media library for easy access.
Team Collaboration & Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, content writers) on web projects. Potentially lead or mentor junior developers or interns.
