Role Overview
Bigspace Business Centre is seeking a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. This role involves the comprehensive development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites, encompassing both front-end and back-end responsibilities. Key duties include crafting responsive web designs, enhancing user experience, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and implementing new website features and functionalities. The position requires effective collaboration within a team to ensure timely project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in back-end web development, including PHP, MySQL, and the WordPress architecture.
- Solid skills in front-end development, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks.
- Proven experience in responsive web design and optimizing user interfaces across various devices.
- Understanding of web design principles, with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) optimization.
- Knowledge of web development standards and best practices for performance and accessibility.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and debugging.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
