We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to create and maintain dynamic WordPress websites. Responsibilities include developing custom themes and plugins, managing website migrations from other platforms, and integrating essential plugins such as WPML, WooCommerce, and membership solutions. You will also focus on optimizing WordPress website performance for speed, implementing SEO and CRO best practices, and translating complex PSD layouts into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML5/CSS3 templates. The role requires working effectively under deadline pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS
- Proficiency in the WordPress platform, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Experience with integrating and configuring WordPress plugins like WooCommerce, WPML, and membership plugins.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with the LAMP development environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive web design techniques.
- Knowledge of W3C Web Standards, Semantics, and Accessibility Guidelines.
