Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain scalable and high-performance WordPress websites.
• Create custom WordPress themes and plugins from initial concept to implementation.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality WordPress websites.
• Implement strategies for website speed, performance, and SEO optimization.
• Manage and ensure the stability of high-traffic websites under load.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, issues, and compatibility problems.
• Oversee website deployment, updates, backups, and migrations.
• Implement and maintain robust website security measures.
• Integrate various third-party APIs, tools, and services.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in advanced WordPress development.
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, with a focus on custom theme and plugin development.
• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Thorough understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and REST API.
• Experience with WooCommerce customization is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cPanel / hosting environments and deployment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize high-traffic WordPress websites.

Additional Requirements (Must Have)

• Demonstrated experience with high-traffic or enterprise-level WordPress websites.
• A portfolio showcasing live WordPress projects is mandatory for application.
• Practical experience in website migration and hosting management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with popular page builders like Divi, Elementor, WPBakery.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
• Experience with headless WordPress or modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
