WMS Software Engineer [OPERATIONS T...

HelloFresh is hiring a WMS Software Engineer to develop solutions and integrations for its warehouse management system. The role supports critical warehouse workflows and connected systems, documents technical changes, and helps resolve complex technical issues affecting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Write and update SQL procedures, views, and host tables that support essential warehouse workflows such as receiving, replenishment, WIP management, and shipping
• Develop solutions to specifications on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality and precision
• Support integrations between the WMS and upstream/downstream systems, including production technology, ERP, and Kafka-based messaging
• Document technical changes and procedures so warehouse teams can use new functionality without extra help
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and backlog grooming within an Agile environment
• Prepare and clearly communicate best-in-class methods by which HelloFresh Operations can effectively utilize the enhancements developed
• Document and deliver all required materials to support software change control
• Partner with the HelloFresh WMS support analyst team to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues or system defects efficiently in order to minimize impact on operations users and/or project timelines
