Role Overview

HelloFresh seeks an experienced WMS Software Engineer to build robust solutions for our strategic warehouse management system. You will drive technical integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, Production Tech), optimize workflows like receiving and shipping via SQL procedures, and support the operations team through Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SQL stored procedures to manage inventory locations, LPNs, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Develop high-quality integrations with production technology and Kafka-based messaging systems.
• Triage complex technical issues in collaboration with support analysts to minimize operational impact.
• Document best-in-class methods for operations teams and ensure seamless software change control.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of development support, preferably with supply chain/WMS backgrounds (Körber/HighJump).
• Strong SQL proficiency and scripting skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, JIRA, Slack, and AWS core services is a plus.
