Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Windows SME / Lead Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise Windows environments. This role involves leading advanced troubleshooting, patching, and automation initiatives, as well as supporting hybrid infrastructure and application dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows-based environments across enterprise systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for Operating System (OS), infrastructure, and application dependencies.
• Manage and automate patching and configuration using tools like MECM, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Support hybrid workloads across both Windows and Linux environments.
• Implement and manage vulnerability remediation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM) and release management processes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or other programming languages.
• Manage and version control code repositories within GitHub.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Windows, particularly with MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux distributions (RedHat, SLES).
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet and Ansible.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and ITSM practices.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Experience with GitHub and other version control systems.
