Full Stack Website Developer (WordPress, React & Node.js, SEO)

Location: Remote (Chennai, India preferred)

Ootytech is seeking an experienced Full Stack Website Developer with expertise in modern web technologies and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, optimizing, and deploying high-performance websites. This role requires a developer who understands both web development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, capable of managing website projects end-to-end independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Design responsive and fast-loading user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
• Develop frontend components using React.js.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for search engines.
• Configure and optimize the Rank Math SEO plugin.
• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage hosting, deployments, and live site maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in:
• WordPress development (custom theme/plugin development and Elementor).
• React.js.
• Node.js.
• JavaScript (ES6+).
• Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of:
• Full-stack development architecture.
• REST APIs.
• Proven experience in:
• SEO optimization techniques.
• Rank Math SEO setup and configuration.
• Website performance optimization.
• Experience working on live, successful websites is mandatory.
• Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, etc.).

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have completed and deployed real websites independently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with e-commerce websites.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
