Website designer

We are seeking a talented Website Designer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of website design and development, focusing on creating responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites. This role requires a strong blend of design aesthetics, backend development skills using PHP and MySQL, and a keen understanding of digital visibility strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and implement visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all devices. Collaborate with development and content teams to integrate dynamic features and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, structured data, keyword placement, and performance optimization. Develop and execute SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) in coordination with marketing teams. Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Maintenance and Performance: Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and accessibility. Troubleshoot and resolve design or functionality issues promptly. Stay current with the latest web technologies, SEO/SEM trends, and design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in website design and development, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful SEO/SEM strategies.
