Webflow Designer

Innovaccer Analytics Private Limited in Noida, Delhi NCR is looking for a talented Webflow Designer with exceptional design and development skills. This role involves translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites on the Webflow platform, demanding a keen eye for detail and strong debugging capabilities.

A Day in the Life:

• Design Implementation: Convert Figma designs into responsive and interactive websites within Webflow, ensuring all elements are accurately represented and aligned.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of web projects to identify and resolve design misalignments, bugs, or performance issues prior to launch.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to grasp project requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Technical Development: Leverage knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionalities, optimizing for performance and user experience.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest Webflow features, design trends, and industry standards to continually improve skills and project deliverables.

What You Need:

• Demonstrated experience as a Webflow Designer or in a comparable role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in utilizing Webflow's CMS.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Figma for precise design-to-Webflow project translation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to identify bugs and design discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating third-party services and APIs within Webflow projects.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices for website optimization.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles for seamless cross-device user experiences.
• Experience with Lottie animations and managing assets from Figma is advantageous.
