Web UI/UX Designer

Pause Design, a Mumbai-based boutique graphic design agency, is seeking a talented Web UI/UX Designer for a full-time, remote position. This role requires a designer with end-to-end website design capabilities, proficiency in Figma, and strong collaboration skills with developers. The ideal candidate will possess 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience.

The agency focuses on brand identity, packaging, and website design. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-home opportunity.

Key Information:

• Salary: INR 45,000 per month (tax-free).
• Paid Leave: 30 days annually, with no restrictions on consecutive days.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Reporting: To the Director.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Ability to rely on training, experience, and judgment over referencing existing work.
