Web UI Developer - React

We are looking for a skilled React and TypeScript Developer with recent, hands-on experience and a strong grasp of React 18 best practices. The ideal candidate will excel in pure React and TypeScript development, favoring modern patterns over older approaches like class components and Higher-Order Components (HOCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Leverage Redux and Redux Sagas for state management, with a focus on understanding and implementing Redux Toolkit (RTK).
• Contribute to long-term projects (12-14 months per project/app) to gain a deep understanding of evolving requirements and adapt development accordingly.
• Create and maintain fundamental UI components such as buttons, dropdowns, and layouts, utilizing the styles-in-JS pattern with libraries like styled-components or @emotion/styled.
• Implement advanced UI patterns, including custom themes, theme mapping, and mobile-responsive components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Router for efficient data routing.
• Familiarity with monorepositories, particularly NX workspace.
• A robust understanding of architecture layering, with the ability to clearly explain the rationale and implementation of architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, backed by recent practical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Redux and Redux Sagas.
• Proven experience working on large-scale, long-term projects.
• Strong understanding of basic component creation and styles-in-JS patterns.
• Familiarity with React Router and monorepositories is a significant advantage.
