About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer who values craftsmanship and understands that a well-built website is crucial for a seamless user experience. This role bridges design and development, involving the creation of new websites and the maintenance and enhancement of existing Shopify and WordPress platforms. Versatility is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive websites from initial concept to launch, aligning with client and business requirements.
• Build and customize Shopify stores, including themes, product pages, collection pages, and checkout processes.
• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites, encompassing themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO across all managed platforms.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issues.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and applications into Shopify and WordPress environments.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all developed websites.
• Manage website security, implement backup strategies, and perform software/plugin updates.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Handle domain, hosting, and DNS settings as required.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, with 2-3 years preferred.
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor and Gutenberg.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

  Experience with Figma, WooCommerce, or Google Analytics is a beneficial addition.

  Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
