Web Developer Role

Join our dynamic team at Perpetuity Capital as a Web Developer. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of websites and software applications tailored to our operational needs.

• Create and maintain responsive web interfaces compatible with all major browsers, devices, and operating systems using modern scripting languages and digital media tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve technical conflicts, prioritize feature requests, define content criteria, and select optimal architectural solutions.
• Oversight of website updates including editing, writing, and designing high-quality web content while directing team members in production workflows.
• Develop and validate rigorous test routines ensuring coverage across external interfaces, device types, and browsers to guarantee seamless user experiences.
• Implement robust backup protocols for local directory recovery to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Analyze customer feedback and testing results to identify bugs or UX issues, applying corrections directly or referring complex cases to appropriate personnel.
• Evaluate code quality against industry standards to ensure validity, proper structure, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Assess technical requirements to determine user needs and drive product enhancements through continuous learning via conferences, workshops, and professional groups.
