About the Role: As a Web Developer at CareerXperts Consulting, you’ll play a pivotal role in building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications that drive business growth and customer experiences. This role focuses on transforming requirements into robust systems that function seamlessly across devices and platforms. Beyond coding, you’ll ensure dependable digital infrastructure, optimize performance, and integrate APIs and backend systems.
What You’ll Focus On:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, secure, and scalable code
- Optimize website speed, performance, and reliability
- Integrate APIs and backend systems
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Troubleshoot technical issues and follow security best practices
What Success Looks Like:
- High-performing, stable web applications with minimal bugs
- Scalable architecture supporting business growth
- Collaborative work with product and backend teams
- Clean, well-documented codebase
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–6 years of web development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
- Understanding of REST APIs and database integration
- Knowledge of Git and version control
- Basic understanding of web security principles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
