Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Delhi, India

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with Project Managers, providing project updates.
• Collaborate with SEO & SEM teams to implement suggested changes.
• Liaise with the Creative team for website imagery and icons.
• Conduct research on themes and plugins based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design website structure focusing on user experience.
• Create new WordPress pages with proper URL structures.
• Develop clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code for landing pages and static HTML websites.
• Optimize pages for Google PageSpeed and GTMetrix, aiming for 3-5 second loading times.
• Implement on-page SEO features.
• Manage the process of making websites live, including security measures.
• Address cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues using modern tools.
• Perform troubleshooting during implementation, customization, and configuration phases.
• Communicate progress and explain development efforts to project teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting UI enhancements and new technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Linux Servers and cPanel.
• Expertise in database technologies like SQL and MySQL.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
• Basic knowledge of PHP.

Added Advantages:

• Experience with HTML to WordPress conversion or WordPress theme development.
• Skills in plugin development and customization.
• Experience with contact form API integration with CRM or LMS.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Github, Gitlab, or Bitbucket.
