Web Developer Position in New Delhi

We are seeking a proactive Web Developer to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, maintaining existing web projects, and developing new features with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications.
- Implement features based on clear requirements.
- Design and improve responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Translate business requirements into clear UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency.
- Convert designs into responsive, functional web pages.
- Debug and resolve issues in existing codebases.
- Optimize website performance, load times, and basic SEO.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Work with Content Management Systems, primarily WordPress.
- Follow Git workflow and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Backend development experience with PHP, Node.js, or Python.
- Database knowledge including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with WordPress custom themes and plugin configuration/development.
- REST API integration skills.
- Proficiency in Git version control.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility.
- 2-4 years of real-world development experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on live production websites is essential.
