Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer to join our growing Technology team in Bangalore. This role involves end-to-end implementation of user stories using TypeScript/SSR, focusing on accessible and responsive UI development. You will integrate microfrontends and shared components, contributing to design tokens and component libraries. Key responsibilities include building comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests, maintaining CI pipelines, and enabling incremental shipping through feature flags. You will be involved in optimizing SSR performance, caching strategies, and asset management, utilizing observability dashboards and alerts for monitoring. The role also includes implementing internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) flows and managing translation updates. Collaboration is crucial, involving participation in design reviews, API contract definitions, and code reviews, with thorough documentation of decisions. You will also be responsible for triaging bugs, analyzing production issues, and contributing to postmortem analyses.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/Tailwind.
• Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) frameworks.
• Strong testing discipline and experience with CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Awareness of performance optimization and web accessibility, with the ability to profile and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional web development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering features within a component-based SPA/SSR stack, including testing and CI/CD integration.
• Experience working with APIs, authentication flows, and analytics implementation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with microfrontends, module federation, payment integrations, or real-time data UIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines, New Relic, and feature flagging tools.
