Web Developer Associate

We are seeking a Web Developer Associate with expertise in Marketing Operations and Web Content Management to join our team in Gurugram, India. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience and any graduation degree.

In this position, you will help navigate increased marketing complexity with diminishing resources, driving marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise. You will accelerate time-to-market and operational efficiencies at scale using Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services.

As a Marketing Operations professional, your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management, all aimed at enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will need strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with marketing technologies to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and delivery of measurable results. A key aspect of this role involves working with software systems that facilitate website authoring, collaboration, and administration, enabling content management with relative ease, even for users with limited web programming knowledge.

We are looking for candidates with proficiency in HTML5, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JQuery, and JavaScript. Essential soft skills include the ability to perform under pressure, strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, a commitment to quality, and the capacity to meet deadlines.
