Full Job Description

Noreste Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Web Developer to contribute to and enhance our digital presence. This role is ideal for an individual who prioritizes precision, stability, and structured execution over speed. You will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of multiple websites, including a research-oriented think tank website, a personal brand website, and a services business website. Additionally, you will support digital content creation, social media posting, and image design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize company-owned websites.
  • Ensure website performance, security, responsiveness, and implement regular updates.
  • Manage hosting, domains, plugins, and perform technical troubleshooting and regular backups.
  • Design and finalize web and social media creatives.
  • Upload, format, and publish blog articles and research pieces.
  • Handle image editing, finishing, and optimization using Adobe Photoshop.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic web hosting management.
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword structuring, meta tags, internal linking) to support website visibility and structured digital promotion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image creation, editing, and finishing (mandatory).
  • Good sense of layout, typography, and clean UI presentation.
  • Familiarity with social media content workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Work Model & Expectations

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Work-from-home option available, with mandatory in-office presence at least twice per week in Anand Parbat, Delhi.
