Full Job Description

Role: We are hiring a creative HTML & Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience for our team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
Convert Figma designs into clean, pixel-accurate layouts.
Ensure compatibility across all browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Create banners, landing pages, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
Utilize Figma for UI/UX design, wireframes, and prototypes.
Edit images using Adobe Photoshop for retouching and graphic design.
Design marketing creatives with Canva for social media and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and dev teams to meet deadlines.
Optimize layouts and visuals for performance and usability.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital campaigns.
Troubleshoot layout issues and update web pages as needed.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and web design.
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and media queries.
Proven track record converting Figma designs to functional websites.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first principles.
Able to deliver on time while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with JavaScript (basic knowledge).
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of UI/UX optimization and SEO-friendly HTML structures.
