Web Designer & Automation Engineer

Role overview

We're looking for a hands-on tech generalist to build websites, automate workflows and fix technical issues. You'll own our web presence, our GoHighLevel setup, and the automations and AI agents that keep the business running. You pick up new tools quickly and use AI every day to design, code, debug and automate faster.

Key responsibilities

Websites

• Design, build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Webflow or similar.

SquareSpace, Wix, Framer, Webflow, GoHighLevel are popular choices for building sites quickly. You will also be expected to build complete websites from scratch in HTML, CSS and JavaScript using AI tools, editing custom code when needed.

• Keep sites fast and working well: speed, SEO basics, forms, tracking and integrations

GoHighLevel

• Build funnels, websites, forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows and email/SMS campaigns.
• Manage sub-accounts, snapshots and integrations with other tools.

Automation & AI agents

• Automate repetitive work end to end in n8n, connecting APIs, webhooks, CRMs, sheets and databases.
• Build AI agents and chatbots on LLM APIs (lead qualification, support, content, internal assistants).
• Document automations so others can maintain them.

Tech support

• Fix issues across websites, integrations, domains, DNS and email deliverability, and put checks in place so they don't repeat.

• Evaluate and adopt new tools when they serve the business better.

Required skills

Experience: 3–5 years in web development and automation, with a portfolio of live sites and workflows. This level indicates mid-career professionals ready to take ownership immediately.

Areas and What we expect

Website platforms

Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Webflow or similar is essential. You should be comfortable switching between them based on project needs.

Web design

A good eye for layout, typography and UX; comfortable in Figma or similar tools to create beautiful interfaces quickly.

HTML, CSS, JS

You must be able to build full sites from scratch with AI assistance, read, edit and fix code confidently when the generated output isn't perfect.

GoHighLevel

Demonstrable experience building funnels, workflows, pipelines, integrations, and managing snapshots within GoHighLevel.

n8n

Create real production workflows in n8n involving webhooks, APIs, JSON manipulation, and robust error handling. Experience with connecting various tools is a must.

AI agents

Built on OpenAI, Claude or similar models; proficiency in crafting prompts, setting up tools for the agent, and implementing guardrails to ensure safety and accuracy.

APIs & integrations

The ability to read API docs quickly and connect any two systems is critical. You will be our bridge between different software ecosystems.

Troubleshooting

A methodical approach across front end, integrations, DNS, hosting, email deliverability. Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes rather than temporary patches.

• Self-driven, clear communicator: Investigates and fixes issues independently, explains things plainly to clients or teammates, and documents work thoroughly for future reference.

• AI-first: Uses ChatGPT or Claude, Cursor or Copilot, and AI design tools to ship real work daily. Crucially, you check AI output critically before deploying it live.

We offer a competitive monthly salary between ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00.
