Web Designer and Developer

Travarsa is seeking a skilled Web Programmer to join our IT team in Kolkata. Responsibilities

• Produce fully functional programs by writing clean, testable code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements.
• Integrate back-end data to enhance application functionality.
• Design user interfaces and web layouts adhering to modern HTML/CSS practices.
• Upgrade and repair existing programs to improve performance and reliability.
• Perform periodic tests and debugging to maximize program efficiency and stability.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for user support.
• Suggest new features to improve program navigation and user experience.
• Adhere to security principles to protect our systems and data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Web Programmer or Developer.
• Hands-on experience with various programming languages, including PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, and Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and web application development.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective project management skills, particularly within a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.
