Utility Operations and Maintenance Careers at Perfect Utilities
Perfect Utilities is seeking skilled professionals for critical utility operations and maintenance roles. Key Responsibilities:
System Operation and Monitoring
Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, and water systems to guarantee optimal performance. Respond to alarms, conduct system checks, and effectively troubleshoot issues to minimize operational downtime.
Preventive Maintenance
Execute scheduled maintenance tasks for all systems, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures and checklists. Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities and promptly report any abnormalities or developing trends.
Emergency Response

Qualifications:
Educational Background

Experience
- Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, or comparable equipment.
