Utility Operations and Maintenance Careers at Perfect Utilities
Perfect Utilities is seeking skilled professionals for critical utility operations and maintenance roles. Key Responsibilities:
System Operation and Monitoring
Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, and water systems to guarantee optimal performance. Respond to alarms, conduct system checks, and effectively troubleshoot issues to minimize operational downtime.
Preventive Maintenance
Execute scheduled maintenance tasks for all systems, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures and checklists. Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities and promptly report any abnormalities or developing trends.
Emergency Response
Provide immediate and effective response to system emergencies, prioritizing safety protocols and collaborating with cross-functional teams for swift issue resolution. Contribute to the development and implementation of robust emergency response plans.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems meet stringent regulatory and safety standards. Collaborate with quality control teams to identify, address, and resolve any non-compliance issues.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records detailing system performance, maintenance logs, and operational activities. Prepare periodic reports on system efficiency, energy consumption, and maintenance outcomes for management review.
Qualifications:
Educational Background

Experience
- Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, or comparable equipment.
