Job Overview

Multivista Global is seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer (Sales) in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to one year of experience in electrical and electronics engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct daily field sales calls, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, or E&I Engineering.
• Experience: 0-1 year.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages, strong presentation skills, and customer relationship management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with MS Office and SAP/ERP systems.
