We are seeking a **Technical Proposal Writer** for IT Consulting in the US market. This remote role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven background in preparing proposals for IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Azure, Jira, and other technology solutions. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical writing for IT consulting proposals, with hands-on experience in U.S. industry projects (SLED & Federal). Ideal candidates will have worked with Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT consulting firms like Deloitte, IBM, or Accenture and possess strong familiarity with IT project lifecycle, solutioning, and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099). Key responsibilities include writing, editing, and reviewing compelling proposals, collaborating with IT SMEs, and ensuring compliance with customer objectives and industry best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, project managers, and leadership are essential. Preferred skills include APMP, PMP, ITIL certifications, experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and knowledge of federal procurement processes.
