Inside Sales Executive Role
NoBroker is looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, manage lead pipelines through outbound calling, and close sales to meet revenue targets while providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Identify client pain points and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Drive conversions and meet individual revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate degree.
- Skills: Strong verbal/written communication in English and Hindi; proficiency in MS Office. Regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi) are a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work a 6-day work week (9-hour shifts between 8 AM - 10 PM) with a weekday off.
- Age constraint: Candidates must be under 31 years of age.
