Full Job Description
Role: Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)
Join NoBroker in Bengaluru as an Inside Sales Executive/Relationship Manager. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue by identifying business opportunities, managing lead pipelines, and closing real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and build professional relationships to close sales.
- Execute outbound calls using lead generation data.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on new and existing leads.
- Ensure high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Communication: Strong English and Hindi or Kannada proficiency (Mandatory); Tamil/Telugu is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Schedule: 9-hour shift (10 AM - 7 PM), 6 days a week with a weekday off.
