Role & responsibilities

• Field Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively prospect the open market to identify potential home loan borrowers. Conduct field visits to real estate builder sites, residential projects, construction areas, and local property markets in Hyderabad. Set up canopy activities, loan camps, and promotional events in target residential areas or commercial hubs to capture fresh inquiries.
• Channel & Partner Network Development: Build and maintain strong relationship networks with local real estate brokers, builders, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for consistent lead referrals. Establish contacts with corporate offices, small business owners, and local professionals in Hyderabad to generate leads through corporate desks or direct outreach.
• Customer Engagement & Evaluation: Meet prospective clients face-to-face to pitch home loan products, explain interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment structures. Collect primary customer details, assess initial credit eligibility, and gather required financial/property documents.
• End-to-End File Processing: Coordinate between the customer, credit assessment team, and operations team for file sanctioning and loan disbursement. Address customer queries promptly to ensure smooth processing and high conversion rates from lead stage to disbursement in the Hyderabad market.
• Target Achievement & Market Intelligence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for lead generation and loan disbursements. Track local competitor offerings, market trends, and developer schemes in Hyderabad/Karnataka/Telangana region to position products effectively in the field.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline preferred for this role based in Hyderabad.
• Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience (Prior experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or BFSI sales strongly preferred).
• Assets: A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is generally required for extensive field movement across Hyderabad.
