IT Support Executive Walk-In Drive - Mumbai

Rentokil Initial Hygiene is seeking an IT Support Executive for a walk-in drive on March 5th, 2026, at their Thane West office (3rd Floor "D" building, Mbc Park, Office No, 3A-1, Ghodbunder Rd, Thane West, Maharashtra 400615). This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience and any graduate qualification.

About the Role:

The IT Support Executive will be instrumental in managing the IT infrastructure across the region, ensuring high system uptime, and maintaining IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance. Responsibilities include device refresh, providing technical support, ensuring application uptime, and contributing to safety and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role requires collaboration within a multi-functional team and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance for all systems and remediation dashboard targets for Windows/Chrome end-users.
• Manage Endpoint Protection, Encryption, and Patching.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and proactive support to guarantee uptime.
• Provide timely support for enterprise applications including iCABS, Citrix, Navision, SCP, DSP, and Lead Tracker.
• Support branch-level UPS/Inverter installations and maintain existing CCTV systems across India.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Chrome OS issues on laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, firewalls, routers, and printers.
• Resolve issues related to PCs, Printers/Scanners, Local Area Networks, and Mail.
• Undertake ad-hoc IT projects as per business requirements.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for branch offices.
• Provide support for video conferencing tools, Hangout Meet, and Google Drive.
• Resolve IT queries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage incidents, problems, and assets, and ensure vendor management.
• Perform routine maintenance for installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work and support multiple offices.
• Assist with Windows and Chrome OS, and set up network printers/scanners.

• Familiarity with ITGC compliance, patching, encryption, and device management tools.
