About the Role:

• Spearhead agency channel sales for Life Insurance products.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance management of insurance advisors.
• Pursue aggressive business growth by achieving assigned revenue targets.
• Provide continuous field coaching to enhance advisor capabilities and retention.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Life Insurance or BFSI sales sectors.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, team leadership, and relationship management.
• Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset focused on customer acquisition.
