About the Role

Concent Software Solutions LLC is recruiting for a Vendor Integration Analyst (EDI) role. The primary focus of this position involves coordinating implementation, testing, validation, and ongoing maintenance of eligibility and enrollment data integrations between external partners and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate EDI and eligibility file implementations from intake through production readiness.
• Review and validate file structures, layouts, and source-to-destination mappings.
• Send structures and requirements to external vendors and benefit administration partners.
• Manage testing cycles, validate file output, document issues, and coordinate corrections.
• Lead or participate in client, broker, and vendor meetings to resolve implementation questions and drive progress.
• Maintain implementation documentation, status updates, and workflow records.
• Partner with Case Installation, Platform Specialists, Data Maintenance, Billing, and Account Management teams throughout the implementation process.
• Support maintenance requests, vendor changes, renewal activity, and eligibility file updates requiring testing.
• Identify risks, escalation needs, and potential downstream impacts before production implementation.
