The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Vue.js Developer to join our engineering team. You will take ownership of the user interface and client-side logic for our core web applications, which run on a modern hybrid stack: Vue.js (Frontend), Laravel (Backend), hosted entirely on AWS.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect & Build:Create responsive, feature-rich web applications using Vue 2/3 and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Integrate Systems:Closely collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate Vue components with Laravel (Blade/Inertia.js) via RESTful APIs.
• Optimize Cloud Performance:Manage front-end assets within our AWS ecosystem, utilizing S3 for storage and CloudFront CDN for global delivery.
• Develop Travel Features:Build complex features specific to travel platforms, including dynamic search filters, interactive maps (Google Maps/Mapbox), and multi-step booking funnels.
• Tune Performance:Ensure maximum loading speeds through lazy loading, cross-browser compatibility checks, and mobile responsiveness optimization.
• Manage State:Handle complex asynchronous data (flight/hotel availability) using Pinia or Vuex.

Required Skills

• Experience: 2–4 years in front-end development within e-commerce, SaaS, or travel tech environments.
• Vue.js Mastery: Proficiency in the Vue ecosystem (Router, Vuex/Pinia).
• Laravel Knowledge:Familiarity with routing, Blade templates, and asset compilation (Vite/Laravel Mix).
• AWS Awareness:Foundational knowledge of S3 and CloudFront; experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• CORE Skills:Advanced HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and Tailwind CSS.

Bonus Skills

• Integration of third-party travel APIs (GDS, aggregators).
• Server-Side Rendering via Nuxt.js for SEO.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Sentry.
