Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a VRA Developer Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) solutions. Your daily tasks will encompass the design, deployment, and configuration of vRA, as well as its integration with various IT systems. You will also play a crucial role in troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and staying abreast of the latest vRA developments to ensure cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) solutions.
• Design, deploy, and configure vRA environments.
• Integrate vRA with third-party tools and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within VMware environments.
• Optimize vRA performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest vRA features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in vRealize Automation (vRA) development, deployment, and configuration.
• Experience integrating vRA with third-party tools and IT systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud automation, orchestration, and management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VMware environments.
• Familiarity with system integration platforms and multi-vendor IT ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as VMware VCP are considered an added advantage.
