Logic Planet is seeking a skilled VMware Workspace ONE Professional to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain the VMware Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform.
• Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, onboarding, and retirement lifecycles.
• Develop and implement robust device and application security policies.
• Provide comprehensive management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices within enterprise settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workspace ONE UEM issues, offering expert-level support to end-users.
• Monitor UEM environment performance, system health, and ensure compliance metrics are met.
• Implement advanced endpoint security measures, including encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Configure SSL certificates and actively support security compliance initiatives.
• Manage version upgrades and patch deployment for all enrolled devices.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and operational challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure and network teams for seamless system integrations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, policies, procedures, and support records.
• Participate actively in global and local IT projects, contributing to operational improvements.
• Communicate technical updates and performance reports clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM platform.
• Proficiency in managing diverse device platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with endpoint security concepts and implementation.
• Familiarity with SSL certificate configuration and security compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
