VMware Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced VMware Solution Architect for a full-time, remote position within an IT company. No freshers will be considered.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and validation of large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across two data centers. This is an immediate joiner role with an experience requirement of 11+ years. The budget is set as per market standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Architecture

• Lead workshops for VCF and NSX Federation.
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for Aria Automation, Aria Operations, and Aria Logs.
• Design Live Site Recovery and HCX architectures.
• Design Avi Load Balancer solutions.

2. Deployment & Implementation

• Deploy the VCF Base Platform and NSX Federation.
• Build Aria Automation clusters.
• Implement Aria Operations dashboards.
• Enable vSphere Supervisor.
• Configure vDefend Distributed Firewall.

3. Network Security & Load Balancing

• Integrate Antrea with NSX.
• Execute network segmentation security strategies.
• Deploy Avi Controllers.

4. Validation & Governance

• Validate all deployment components.
• Validate migration and recovery configurations.
• Produce comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions.
