Vision Systems Architect - Consumer Devices

We are seeking a world-class Vision Systems Architect to own and define the end-to-end vision and AI architecture for our next-generation consumer devices. You will be responsible for defining scalable, power-efficient, and production-ready imaging systems that drive technical direction across sensors, ISP (Image Signal Processing), Computer Vision (CV), Machine Learning (ML), and platform integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Ownership: Define the complete vision system stack from sensor capture to application layer.

• Technical Translation: Convert complex UX and product requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Quality Strategy: Architect image quality strategies aligned with AI capabilities and user experience goals.
• Lifecycle Management: Define the full lifecycle for AI models, from training to Over-The-Air (OTA) deployment.

• Heterogeneous Compute: Architect efficient utilization of CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP resources.
• KPI Definition: Establish system-level metrics including latency, FPS, power consumption, memory usage, and boot time robustness.

Required Skills & Experience

You must possess a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred) with 10-15+ years of experience.

• Core Expertise: Deep understanding of imaging pipelines, sensor behavior, ISP tuning, and embedded system architecture.
• Languages & Optimization: Expert-level C++ knowledge with a focus on system-level optimization for constrained environments.
• CV/ML Integration: Strong background in integrating Computer Vision and ML models onto consumer SoCs (System on Chips).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Computational photography pipelines.
• AR/VR or advanced camera features development.
• Silicon bring-up, HW/SW co-design, and multi-camera depth-sensing systems.
