Virtual Health Support Tech

Role Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Health Support Tech at our Atlanta, GA location. You will support telehealth applications and devices within Piedmont Healthcare's virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work for the planning, installation, and ongoing support of new and existing virtual health solutions including hardware peripherals.
• Communicate directly with end users to assess needs, schedule deployments, develop training materials, and deliver basic instruction on all supported hardware and software platforms.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support in a demanding 24x7 environment. This includes responding to incidents, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems through discussion and remote or in-person assistance when required for Piedmont Healthcare staff.
