Ambient Scientific is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with expertise in motion graphics and animation to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is crucial for producing high-quality video content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe After Effects and possess a strong visual storytelling ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling video content suitable for digital platforms including social media, advertisements, and website use.
• Develop and create engaging motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure project requirements and creative briefs are fully understood and met.
• Enhance video content through expert sound design, seamless transitions, creative effects, and precise color correction.
• Optimize video assets for performance across multiple platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure all video outputs maintain strict brand consistency.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to all deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and motion graphics techniques.
• Hands-on experience with professional video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimal export settings for various platforms.
• A keen creative sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in producing content specifically for performance marketing campaigns, including ads, reels, and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with crafting compelling narratives for brand and marketing initiatives.
