About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Video Conferencing Full-Stack Engineer to lead vendor evaluations, technical prototyping, and development of enterprise-grade virtual meeting solutions. This role is critical for shaping our next-generation video infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Vendor Expertise: Hands-on experience with Zoom SDKs/APIs and Webex SDKs/APIs
• Custom Development: Building custom embedded meeting experiences from scratch
• Full-Stack Mastery: Strong capabilities across frontend, backend, infrastructure, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and deployment pipelines
• PoC Excellence: Proven ability to rapidly build end-to-end Proof-of-Concepts in exploratory environments
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the video conferencing lifecycle, including participant controls, chat management, screen sharing, recording workflows, moderation tools, and telemetry integration
• API Integration: Expertise with REST APIs, WebSockets, OAuth, JWT, and Webhooks for integrating third-party platforms into enterprise applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience evaluating enterprise software vendors
• Skill in embedded SaaS integration architecture
• Background in meeting analytics and telemetry systems
• Knowledge of security protocols, scalability planning, licensing models, and operational assessment
