BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, Infrastructure Engineer to join the Technology Services Group in Chennai, TN. This role involves executing the full lifecycle of software development, creating software verification plans, and establishing quality assurance procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems, ensuring software is updated with the latest features, and participating in the deployment process under strict change controls. The role also requires providing ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms, along with offering recommendations for continuous improvement. Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Master's in Computer Science, experience with application development toolkits, and knowledge of front-end and back-end coding languages such as Java, Spring Boot, and REST concepts. Experience with infrastructure coding tools like Terraform/Ansible is considered an advantage.
