About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer for our Pune-based Engineering team. You will lead the design and development of full-stack applications using industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new features that enhance user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering continuous learning.
• Ensure high-quality performant code through comprehensive testing and debugging.
• Participate in architecture discussions contributing to the strategic direction of BNY's technology solutions.

To Be Successful

We seek a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5-9 years of experience as an engineer.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks for full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
